Job Accountabilities
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Teller position at Cairo Exchange located in Cairo, Egypt.
- The candidate will be responsible for daily transactions, providing excellent customer service by handling customer inquiries, and ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
- The Teller will also be expected to work closely with the other team members to identify opportunities for process improvement while providing high-quality service.
Qualifications and Experience
- A bachelor degree or equivalent is a must.
- 0-2 years of experience in currency exchange.
- Prior experience in customer service and handling transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer focus
- Ability to manage high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment
- An eye for detail and high levels of accuracy
- basic computer and mathematical skills.
