Job Accountabilities
- Design and conduct security Awareness training, workshops and phishing simulation campaign for security competency development to the bank in Arabic and English.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing information security training, education, and awareness program/activities.
- Write communications for our employees, contractors and partners to inform, alert, and educate based on the communications strategy and requests from the Information Security Communication Manager.
- Leverage opportunities to expand employee knowledge through training, campaigns, videos, and education fairs and events.
- Ability to form complex ‘communications / messages’ in a simple, clear and concise manner to the various communities within our organization.
- Plan, manage, maintain and sustain a complex, organization wide program long-term.
- Monitor cyber security industry news, threats and trends for internal educational opportunities.
- Deliver and report key metrics to provide stakeholders situational awareness regarding the impact of the awareness program.
- Responsible for business analysis, project management and delivery of information security projects.
- Ensure all project risks and issues are tracked and escalated to the correct forums, as necessary.
- Support transition/handover of work items to a business as usual state once project deliverables are complete.
- Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external suppliers / contractors / consultants as required for project delivery.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or any other related field.
- For Officer 0 – 3 years of experience
- Previous experience in designing training programs in Arabic and English is preferred.
- Technology savvy with interests in IT, cybersecurity and technology related material in general is required.
- Experience in communications/marketing and a fundamental knowledge of core communications/marketing best practices.

- Strong oral communication and presentation skills.
- Verbal Presentation Skills/negotiations.
- Excellent time management skills.
