Job Accountabilities
- Monitor overall client profitability (i.e., relationship pricing), share of wallet (across multiple products) & cross selling alongside PMs
- Responsible for credit memo completion, supporting on memo writing, composition & credit committee participation
- Responsible for account plan completion and active participation in round table discussions, supported by analysts
- Participate in working teams Team Heads and PMs to structure bespoke solutions for clients
- Responsible for launching and completing annual client reviews andidentification of potential areas of improvement
- Guide & mentor analysts to support on day-to-day operational tasks (credit memos, account plans, CCS handling…)
