Job Accountabilities
- Responsible for managing the Launching, offering, branding, programs set up, portfolio and profitability increase for the Liabilities products in line with CAE strategy.
- Extend product propositions & open new business and new markets.
- Manage the entire Liabilities portfolio, increase customer acquisition, monitor profitability indicators, and work closely with all departments to increase bottom line profitability.
- Review, refine & launch new products to maximize market share, revenues & profits in chosen segments.
- Manage and coach Product Manager assigned respective liability products.
- Implement strategies & marketing initiatives to grow portfolio & gain market leadership in line with overall business strategy.
- Participate in implementing the overall Liabilities strategy & annual plan to achieve targeted sales & revenue figures.
- Accountable for achieving volumes, revenues & profit targets for liability products.
- Ensure the efficient usage of Multi-Channels and CRM.
- Revamp and re-align existing product offering to maximize product proposition.
- Provide updates on progress, performance, etc… to various levels of the organization.
- Ensure constant market evaluation and competition monitoring to keep abreast of all product and promotion activities to capture and analyze essential customer and competitor information.
- Active interaction with technology / ops for product and information upgrades and delivery.
- Responsible for Proposal of new products & offers to respond to the funding strategy of the Bank proactively being one of main strategies of the bank leveraging on increasing the bank profitability.
- Responsible for the market intelligence on Liabilities and related action plan.
- Responsible for Liabilities pricing & commission.
