1- Fresh Graduate

Requirements:

• Class of 2023 and 2024 are welcome, or recently finished military service.
• Minimum grade: good
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Excellent Command of written and spoken English Language.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Excellent command in Ms.

2- Customer Service Support Officer

Requirements:

• Manage the delivery of clients Chequebooks and returned uncollected cheques to clients.
• Manage the delivery of clearance letters, Balance certificates, regularity certificates, Traffic letters and car licenses renewals … etc. to clients.

3- Senior Personal Banker – Alex

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline.
• Knowledge of banking operations, compliance and risk issues.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in branch roles.

4- Head Customer Service – Cairo & Giza

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, Economics or any relevant.
• Minimum of 5 years in a branch role, typically CSR
• Sales experience
• Experience of handling and customer transactions and requests

5- Head of Customer Service – Alex

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline.
• Knowledge of banking operations, compliance and risk issues.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in branch roles.
