Job Accountabilities
- Responsible for processing day to day activities (handle Henkel accounts’ receivable in relation to customers’ accounts, ensure cleared customer’s accounts) and Monthly Closing
 - Supports his/her team in specific tasks related to the countries in his/her responsibility
 - Handles assigned tasks and projects
 - Steers continuous Improvement projects within the area of OTC
 - Achieves the KPIs target defined for the process
 - Maintains good communication with stakeholders to establish a relationship & improve perception of service performance & quality
 
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
 - 1-2 years of relevant work experience
 - Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
 - Excellent command of English both in speaking & writing.
 - Problem solver with great stakeholder management & communication skills.
 - SAP Knowledge & PowerBI is a plus
