Job Accountabilities
- Supports RMs on credit memo completion; prepares main body of credit memo, collects financial data to perform financial analysis and coordinates with all other departments where required
- Supports RMs on completing account plans, and coordinating as required with other product factories
- Supports RMs on other ad-hoc analysis required for monitoring profitability and other ad-hoc requests
- Supports RMs on launch & completion of annual client reviews and identification of potential areas of improvement
- Responsible to coordinate with CCS, operations and any other required departments to ensure proper execution of transactions and completion of admin activities in a timely manner (e.g., opening and closing of customer account, transfers, amendment of customer account details, coordinate regular payments, collecting KYC documents etc.)
